Wear your mask when you go outside of your home. Be sure to cover your mouth and nose.
A face shield is not adequate protection from the virus.
Stay 6 feet away from others whenever possible.
Don’t touch your face. This includes your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Wipe down surfaces of high use surfaces and especially electronic devices. Ideally, you should remove the cases and wipe everything down. Some cases are even dishwasher safe.
Stay home whenever you can.
Avoid crowds whenever possible.
And of course…
Avoid sick people and obvious exposures when possible.
Stay smart, stay safe, and make responsible choices. Use common sense.
I am so thankful to be healthy enough to help the less fortunate in this pandemic. Please, help protect our healthcare system and our healthcare professionals!
